Build2Trade — Custom software Case Study

Builders, tradies and suppliers across Australia had no dedicated platform to find each other, prove their credibility and communicate — the entire industry was still running on phone calls, referrals and generic classifieds, with no digital layer connecting the people actually doing the work.

• Designed and built the full Build2Trade brand from the ground up — name, identity and market positioning as Australia's first digital networking platform for the trades
• Built the marketing website (build2trade.com.au) — homepage, features, about, blog and a live giveaway campaign to drive sign-ups
• Built the web app and portal (app.build2trade.com.au) where builders, tradies and suppliers create verified profiles, connect and manage their network — a role-based sign-up flow tailored to each user type
• Shipped native iOS and Android apps, both submitted and live on the App Store and Google Play
• Ran the marketing behind launch, including the 3-months-free offer and giveaway campaign used to build the platform's first wave of users
• Structured the whole build so new modules — quoting, leads, job marketplace — can be added without a rebuild

Build2Trade is live end-to-end today: the marketing website, the web portal, and native iOS and Android apps are all in production, with real builders, tradies and suppliers signing up across Australia. It's the complete digital presence for what its own site calls Australia's first digital networking platform for the trades — built, launched and marketed entirely by our Melbourne team.
